Apple of My Eye
August 19, 2010This week’s Clean & Simple challenge on SCS was a sketch (cas80) based on a card by stampingout.
The green apple is actually a combo of colors. I started with a Green Galore apple but it was too bright. I over-stamped it with Pear Pizzaz (which on its own was too drab). I like how it turned out. This is definitely a big reason I love clear stamps!
After looking at the card for a bit, I decided to add the button. I’m not sure I like it, but it is there to stay.
Thanks for stopping by!
