Birthdays are for Celebrating!

It is time for another CAS Colours & Sketches challenge. And – I’m your host for this month! My first challenge is a color challenge where I picked some bold bright colors that put me in a good mood. Check it out:

And here is my take:

Birthdays are for Celebrating | by karen h @ carefree creations

A very simple card – and practically a one-layer one as well! I did pop up the larger flower. The other flower was masked so that I could stamp the leaves.

I recently picked up the Narwhal grey ink from Lawn Fawn – and I’m so glad I did as it complements this color scheme perfectly!

I hope you join us at CAS Colours & Sketches!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Loving your bold sentiment and stamping it in Grey helps it to stand out but not take too much focus from those pretty blooms 🙂 A wonderful colour combo. Hugs Bev x

  2. This is gorgeous! I love those flowers, and your neutral sentiment is great.
