It’s Pink!

I am really not a fan of pink. Some of my friends, and both my kids, are fans of pink – so I will craft with it.

This card started out a bit different – the pattern paper was a faux silk panel but I messed that up, so I ditched that piece and went with some Raspberry Fizz DSP. Since the card was originally for the PTI Blog Hop, I kept the “scene” sparse to help focus on the faux silk. Unfortunately I was not really paying enough attention when I decided to ditch that because now I think my scene needs a few more pieces. Since I adhered the couch with dimensionals, I can’t take it apart easily…so I’m just going with it!

All supplies Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted.
Stamps: On the Couch;
Ink: Raspberry Fizz;
Paper: Sweet Blush, White, Raspberry Fizz Mix DSP;
Other: Raspberry felt, Large Scallop die, Couch die; rhinestone (Kaiser); corner rounder (SU); white thread (DMC); Border punch (EK Success);

  1. I adore all things pink and this is no exception! I think your card is the perfect mix of simple and fabulous!!!

  2. I like your card! I also think that it’s better without much added details/pieces since the background patterned paper is so vibrant & detailed.

  3. NOT A FAN OF PINK????????? WHAT???????

    Lol, only kidding (Raspberry Fizz was the first PTI colour I bought and it’s still in my top 3 now!!).

    Love this card – I so need to get On My Couch – it too cute!
