Today a few more DTGD challenges were posted. One was to do “rural”. I’m not much of a country fan, but I do have a few sets that would fall in that category. I chose this one because I don’t use it very much. I added some stitching to fulfill another DTGD challenge.

Great card! Love how that black bitty box paper keeps it from going from “rural” to “countrified.” What technique did you use for the blue & black background, or is that how the stamp comes?
The kraft and the stitching and the fruit and the gingham make it totally rural to me! Love the colors too.
Meg, I stamped in black, then colored with markers. The blue is marker. The stamp has lots of speckles in it.
