I had this stamped label in my scrap pile. I decided to use it. I thought it would fit with the current Waltzing Mouse Sketch Challenge (wmsc104).
The label was stamped with Blueberry Sky – not a color that I have in pattern paper…so it was a bit challenging to create the card base. Thankfully, after I dug into my pattern paper stash, I found this old check pattern that perfectly matched! Then I pulled out some other patterns that I thought would work as well – layered them up and stitched them down.
I think the final product is quite cute.
Thanks for stopping by!
Thanks

That is one of my fav WMS labels! Love the checked bg!
Hi Karen! Love that big Thanks sentiment tag and all that pretty powder blue! Just gorgeous!
Oh that plaid background is perfect with your label, Karen! I actually thought you stamped it and was marveling at how perfectly you aligned the plaid strips, hee! Love the little color pop that you gave with the two sweet patterned paper pieces. So glad to see you at the WMSC this week! Come back SOON :)!
Lots of sweet simple stamping stands out on this one, well done and thanks for playing along with the Mischief Makers this week!
