It is time for another CAS Colours & Sketches challenge. Check out the latest challenge:
And here is my take:
Seeing these colors, I just knew I needed to do something sweet!
The flowers are cut using the coordinating dies, but they are trimmed as the dies have room for leaves (which I couldn’t stamp because they would have been green – not a color in the combination).
I hope you join us at CAS Colours & Sketches!
Thanks for stopping by!
A Little About the Challenge: This weekly challenge is posted on Thursday, and alternates between color and sketch (if there is a 5th week in the month you get the double dose of color & sketch).

Chocolate cake and pink icing – the perfect mix! Now why didn’t I think of that.
Yummy! Cake! Looks fab in the pinks and Chocolate Chip. I know what you mean about the green. I coloured the leaves on my card before realising it wasn’t allowed and had to start over!

Mmmmm, cake! š It looks delish! I love the scalloped border, too!
Great idea to do a chocolate cake with pink icing. It looks delicious. I really like the scalloped border too – looks like posh royal icing on a cake. Liz x
