Make a Wish(bone)

I squeezed in one more card this weekend. This time for Addicted to CAS challenge, whose code word is Wish.

Here is what I came up with:

My mind first went to making a wish on a star, but as I was reviewing my stamp index, I saw this wishbone and knew it would be perfect. I chose purple because it has a mystic feeling to it.

Originally, I stamped just the wishbones, but it wasn’t enough, so I added some stars to add a bit more interest and color. I colored everything with Copics and tried to do subtle variations in the coloring to add depth too.

  1. I love your card! Totally made me smile…like that you used both the stars and the wishbones, they are both perfect for this card. I’m so glad you could join us at ATCAS.
