It is time for another CAS Colours & Sketches challenge. Check out the latest challenge:
And here is my take:
I find it funny how much my card tastes differ from my decorating tastes. I love stamping with gingham, but I do NOT want it in my house, lol. I do love strawberries though. Since my last stamping session was highly unsatisfying, this card makes me very happy (even though the solid images didn’t line up well with the outline – it is hard to see such a light grey through an inked image!).
There is a lot of stamping going on, so to (try to) keep the card CAS, I eliminated a layer. I don’t miss it.
I had thought about going over the vines with green, but now that it is done, I’m glad I didn’t.
I hope you join us at CAS Colours & Sketches!
Thanks for stopping by!

What a cheery card, Karen! Love the blue gingham and your strawberries! Great design choices. Everything comes together so beautifully!! Hugs, Cathy
Love the gingham, reminds me of a tablecloth set out for a picnic of strawberries and cream.
Berry cute card! I really love this.
This reminds me of making my own jam at home. I love the gingham with the strawberries – it’s a perfect combination!
Makes me think of a lovely summer picnic. Lovely card. x
The pairing of the gingham with the strawberries gives your card a “country chic” feel! š And now I’m craving strawberries…
Ahhh, your card has me dreaming of Summer Days and picnics with strawberries – I can’t wait! Beautifully stamped too. Sorry it has taken me so long to pop by and comment. Hugs Bev x
