Here is my take:

I had the idea for this card last month when I was thinking about boss day cards. I ended up not making them this year, but I liked this idea too much, so when the Compliment idea came by, I knew this card would be the perfect fit.

I drew the graph line and scribble colored the heart.

Don’t get intimidated to draw your own things….it might just take lots of practice (and this is just a partial set of the practice):
