Here is my take:
When I first saw the cue was “burst” – using these explosion images was my first thought. I went with the classic comic book colors. The layered bits are fussy cut.

Hello Karen: WOW!! is totally the word that describes this card, the fussy cutting just adds to the fun and fabulous look on your card and so do the colors!!
