Thanksgiving Fall Leaves

by karen @ carefree creations - Thanksgiving Leaves

I created this card for a couple challenges: the Freshly Made Sketch and CASology’s cue: Brown.

I’m desperately behind in making cards for Thanksgiving (this will be card #3 of 10). Thankfully this one was a quick card to make (ya know, starting with a sketch and color really helps speed things along!).

The leaves are two-toned (inking in one color and then rock-n-rolled with a second).

Thanks for taking a peek!

Thankful
All supplies StampinUp unless otherwise noted.
Stamps: Gently Falling, Bright Blessings wheel (SU);
Ink/Cardstock: Vanilla, Crumb, Chocolate, Crushed Curry (SU); Canyon Clay, Terracotta Tile (PTI);
Other: wood button, linen thread (SU);
Technique: rock-n-roll

  2. What a fabulous, creative take on the sketch! The leaves are gorgeous and I love what you did with the linen thread and button. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!
