Here is my take:
My fiber is from ScrapGoods. Does anyone remember them? I used to be a subscriber ages ago – in fact the fiber is dated in 2003! (I am a very good hoarder!)
I wrapped the fiber around a panel to emulate a scarf. I like the little pop of color.

That little PS guy is so adorable and I love the way you used the fiber like a little scarf. I have so much ribbon/fiber/twine from back in the days when we used it on every card. LOL!
